Robert Hern Jr (Pastor)

"I want to be defined by my obedience to God, not by what I have achieved."

Robert Hern Jr is the lead pastor of Victory SoCal. Born and raised in the Philippines, a half Filipino and half African-American, he moved to the US with his wife and daughters to follow God’s call in July 2014 and planted a church in San Diego and Pasadena. Leaving Manila to become a missionary church planter in Southern California was not an easy decision but he said that responding in obedience to God’s call was the best decision he and his family had ever made.

Robert lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Jen and their two daughters Betthia and Shaunese. He likes basketball, MMA, and long drives. He also loves to cook.
